About me and my practice
Hi, I'm Emma. I'm a qualified counsellor with experience working in secondary schools, the charitable sector and as a private practitioner. I work with adults and young people aged 16 and over and have a special interest in helping people to overcome anxiety, stress and low self-esteem.
Your needs and goals are at the forefront of every session and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk about your situation and gain a deeper insight to develop understanding and coping strategies that work for you to feel more in control of your situation.
I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling life, and I'm here to help you achieve that. Together, we can work towards enhancing your wellbeing and achieving your goals.
